Photo Cost Comparison Estimator
Photograph your building and get a side-by-side bid comparison: Terminator Cleans' human crew (scaffold/rope descent) vs. an overhanging automated robot (SkyPro-style) — including the robot's technology cost, not just labor.

Guided Photo Capture
1. Building Overview
Take one full photo of the building from across the street, capturing the entire height and width of the glass facade you want cleaned.
2. Reference Object for Scale
Stand at the base and include a known-size object — a car, a standard door, or a person — next to the building so we can calibrate real-world dimensions.
3. Close-Up Window Detail
Take one straight-on close-up of a single window showing frame edges clearly. This determines whether a robot cleaning system can grip the glass.
4. Roof Access / Mounting Point (if accessible)
If you can access the roof, photograph the roofline where a robot mounting rig would be anchored. Skip if not accessible — we'll flag for on-site assessment.
No roof photo — the roof step is optional, but the robot feasibility verdict will be flagged "needs on-site assessment".
